Big news! Last month, our Homes for Us Alliance protested at the Housing Conference in Manchester. We demanded rent control powers for mayors.  

We won a big step forward:

✅ Andy Burnham will meet us on August 8!  ✊ 5 Alliance members will push him to:

• Ask for new rent control powers

• Persuade other mayors (like Kim McGuinness and Tees Valley Ben Houchen)
