Food & Solidarity is member-led, it is run by and for people, like you, those facing food and housing insecurity or at risk of this. We reject the charity model because we believe in solidarity: standing together, not receiving help from above. Every week members make food parcels as practical support while we organise for structural change through direct action and collective power.
Our events tackle the root causes of food and housing insecurity through community meetings, tenant support, solidarity with striking workers, and campaigns against unjust policies.
