•  Gateshead and North Tyneside councils aren't helping single male refugees find homes.

• Mears is evicting people into homelessness, knowing they won't have a place to stay.

• Newcastle city council is housing all refugees, but might cut the budget for temporary housing.

Causes of the Housing Crisis:

• Section 21 evictions

• Not enough social housing.

• People are still allowed to buy homes that should be for everyone.

• Too many homes are rented out by landlords for profit
